How are you choosing
who you are being?

“May I have the courage today
To live the life that I would love
To postpone my dream no longer
To do at last what I came here for
And waste my heart on fear no more”

— John O’Donohue

Imagine a place of complete safety,
Where you are honored and accepted just as you are,
And acknowledged for your amazing human spirit, powerful resilience, unique talents and creative potential.

Imagine being gently guided through your own inner wisdom
Into the places within yourself that know the truth of who you are,
And finding your way to the happiness, success, abundance and fulfillment that you desire.

To Choose Presence means

  • to honor yourself and others in any given moment,
  • to practice discernment, mindfulness, nonjudgment
  • to respond not react,
  • to speak and live your truth.

When choices are made through presence, something miraculous happens—feelings of peace, freedom, happiness, and yes, even joy!

Wherever you are now, you can move forward with passion and purpose and create a life you love.

Choose Presence also recognizes the symbiotic nature of life.  What we do to others we do to ourselves. I am a passionate advocate for radical self acceptance, and compassionate social responsibility

We all have that persistent critical inner voice reminding us how we should be better or different somehow. Learning to love and accept ourselves can be an ongoing struggle for most people. And how we feel about ourselves often extends to how we treat others. Our minds generate thoughts so quickly most go unnoticed. Becoming Conscious about how we show up in life—in all areas of our lives—allows for more purposeful decision making. What a wonderful world we can create through extending more loving kindness to ourselves and others. Some of the organizations I support are listed below.
