Life Coaching Session
Individual coaching sessions support you as you move forward in specific areas of your life. Coaching helps you become more clear and focused on what you really want and how you want to get there, and fully supports you along the way. Coaching can be done in person or by phone.
- 50 minute phone sessions, two to four times a month
Healing Energy Therapies
Because of my training in multiple healing energy modalities, I offer clients the option of incorporating these energy therapies into a coaching session, which enhances the release of core negative beliefs that are held in the body but remain unconscious or unknown. Energy modalities include The Seemorg Matrix, EFT (emotional freedom technique), Bach Flowers, Reiki and Pranic Healing. Releasing any negative blocks allows greater flow of positive energy that serves and heals.

Self Discovery Foundation Session
This transformative two-hour session involves a powerful self-discovery process that enhances your quality of life through greater self-understanding and knowledge and provides your coach with greater tools to support you during the coaching relationship. The process involves guided visualization exercises that reveal powerful answers that enable you to move forward in a meaningful way.
- A one-time only, two hour session
Group Self-Discovery Workshop
This transformative three-hour session involves a powerful self-discovery process that enhances your quality of life and provides greater self awareness, understanding, and acceptance. The process involves simple guided visualization exercises that reveal powerful answers that enable you to make meaningful choices as you create the life you want.
- Three hours at your location, 8-14 participants
Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Workshops
Practicing Mindfulness—paying attention to what is happening within and around you with compassion but without judgment—offers an excellent alternative to living a stress-filled life. These interactive workshops are both informative and fun. Topics include: understanding the brain, managing thoughts and emotions, stress and human nature, the art of self-care, and meditation/relaxation techniques.
- One three-hour workshop OR six one-hour workshops at your location, groups of 8 or more.
Mindfulness, Meditation, Music and Movement
Celebrate your Self, in this fun experiential class, designed to clear your mind, feed your soul, move your body, and open your heart. Experience the therapeutic effect of free expression through music, yoga and dance.
